Case Study
Website Strategy & Refresh
G.G. High Art

G.G. High Art, a North Carolina–based fine art studio founded by painter Stacey High,
blends bold storytelling with tactile oil painting techniques to honor resilience,
identity, and everyday beauty.
Known for creating expressive, hands-only works on custom birch panels, the studio offers original pieces, limited edition prints, and curated series like The Best of Us and The Aunties.
From gallery walls to private collections, G.G. High Art invites viewers
to feel as much as they see, connecting story, texture, and heart in every stroke.

The Challenge
Stacey High Donoghue, a self-taught artist who paints exclusively with her hands, creates work rich in texture, emotion,
and story.
But her outdated website failed to reflect her artistry. She needed a platform as elevated and intimate as her art.

The Approach
We began with strategic discovery, reviewing the original site and identifying both technical limitations and narrative gaps.
From there, we made a key pivot: transitioning from Wix to Squarespace to allow for a smoother user experience, faster launch, and greater scalability.

Key Highlights
